Dissociation is part and parcel of PTSD and Post-Traumatic Stress. Trauma pushes the energy out of the body into the head, into duality, and excessive thoughts.

Those thought form will always have some form of judgment to them expressing themselves as shame, blame, self-reproach, guilt, embarrassment, pride, or self-righteousness.
