Intergenerational Trauma on The Micro-Personal Level and The Macro-Collective Level
We attempted to look at those patterns on a micro-personal scale as well as on a macro-collective scale and see how our believes and identifications tend to feed into that. Lastly, we talked about what tools can we use to move out of a survival mindset into a more cooperative mindset.
