These meditations by Roland Bal are incredible. They are the best thing I have used for my CPTSD. Some of the youtube meditations are good especially Michael Sealy however nothing compares to Roland Bal. I can't recommend them enough to people like me who have spent their life dissociated in fear and pain. Thank you 🙏 Roland.

I have these meditations by Roland. I'm 63 and have suffered my whole life with CPTSD. Listening to these meditations gave me immediate peace and body connection. I have done many meditations including Michael Sealy who is great BUT these meditations by Roland Bal are truly different, they are perfect for PTSD sufferers like me. Hope this helps 🙏
