The Way in Is The Way Out

Why We Need to Be Addressing Trauma

If you want to fight poverty and inequality, you have to address trauma. If you want to deal with addiction, you have to address trauma. If you want to solve domestic violence, you will need to address trauma. If you want to prevent sexual violence, you will have to address trauma. If you want to get rid of child abuse, neglect, and intergenerational issues, you will have to deal with trauma.

Trauma is at the heart of the problems we face as humanity and society. Unfortunately, our psychological wounds– and trauma overall– are heavily stigmatized and marginalized. It is as if we do not want to look at it and be confronted with it.

It is the silent epidemic wreaking havoc in our lives.

It is time to end that now. You can rebound after trauma and have a fulfilling life. Post Traumatic Stress does not have to be a life sentence. It can be resolved.

Are you ready?

  • I have been listening to the trauma care meditations and they are worth every penny spent. I have been working with a trauma therapist for several years, and I have learned and grown a lot, but these meditations have done more to help me connect with myself and my body in ways that I haven’t done in the two years with my psychologist. I am very grateful to have these and will be listening to them regularly. Thank you so very much for creating them and making them available.–Judy, Australia

  • Thank you, Roland, for making the process a little less frightening, for teaching me how to find acceptance, for watching over me, and reminding me of your teachings each time stress alters the way I perceive my environment and ultimately has me questioning reality. If it weren’t for you and your holistic treatment plan I’d still be running, fear-stricken, and stuck in panic. Thank you for helping me create enough space in my mind and body to enjoy life again.–Kristin, USA

  • I bought these trauma essential ebooks to help me understand more about the immense trauma my wife has been through as a child and as an adult. She absolutely loves these books – so they are helping her and that makes my heart glow it’s brightest. Thank you so much Roland!–Simon, UK

  • Roland really gets to the heart of what it is like to live every day with C-PTSD. He writes with a unique insight and authenticity rarely found elsewhere. The underlying truth and message is despite any trauma that happened in your life, there is hope.–Niamh, Ireland

  • Your teachings have changed my life. I’ve learned to observe my amplified reactions to triggers and to feel them in my body as well as releasing the emotional energy that was lodged in me. This has changed my whole world in a very powerful way.–Holly, Canada

  • The trauma essential eBooks and blog articles have meant the world to me. They tied together symptoms and behaviors that years of psychoanalysis and self-study have not done. Now I have an explanation and I can finally get a grip on the problem.–Barry, South Africa
